MD Courtesy Trainer : Because anyone who trains with JARVIS knows that only another JARVIS can replace it

Why give up on your indoor workouts, even for just a few days when you need a support service?
That is why a new service has been created for all MagneticDays customers: the Courtesy JARVIS.
If your smart trainer needs a service of any kind from the Service MD, whether for an overhaul with periodic recalibration or for a repair, we provide a replacement JARVIS on prior request at a convenient and low price.
All our service operations that require the return of the product to the workshop are carried out in a very short time (except for rare major repairs), taking an average of 5 to 7 working days (for support in Italy), depending on the time it takes to collect the product and send it back to the customer.
If the client needs the device to be able to continue his training programme without skipping any sessions, it’s possible to request and receive a courtesy roller to use for the duration of the service. When the customer’s repaired JARVIS leaves our workshops, a request will be made to the courier to pick up the replacement JARVIS.

The price for renting the courtesy trainer is €120,00.
The fee includes shipping and return of the replacement trainer.
The price quoted includes VAT.
