After the purchase there follows a telephone conversation with one of our Coaches, during which the goals are established and detailed information is given on the work to be carried out. The procedure starts with a first test workout (extra package) to provide the Coach with the values and physical attributes that the user has at that moment.

The first 6 custom workouts will be sent together with the first evaluation report. After 6 training sessions have been performed the next 6 will be sent, recalculated on the values found in the last 2 of the previous group. This continues until completion of the purchased package.

The indoor training sessions will be complemented by weekly PLANNING with precise indications on the days in which to work INDOORS and on which days to work OUTDOORS (with details of the work to be carried out), depending on the most challenging day for the User  (e.g. Race).
